What is guerrilla marketing? In short, it is a marketing strategy that gets the audience "involved" in the advertisement, an "interactive ad," if you will.

Guerrilla advertising is a fairly new strategy, getting its start in the 1980s. This strategy is low cost and creates a great deal of audience engagement. We probably won't see much of them in small towns in Arkansas like Jonesboro or Paragould. Guerrilla advertising relies on large audiences, so they would be more common in large metropolitan areas like St. Louis or New York City.
